
- Make sure you introduce the videographer to your
Wedding Planner (WP) and DJ. The WP
will keep can keep the video pro
abreast of a special relative you want to have in the video
and any last
minute changes in the wedding. At the reception the DJ can keep him or her
informed
of the flow of events.
- A parking space near the building entrance or exit is
beneficial to helping the video pro
get his or her equipment on site in a
timely manner.
- Give good directions to the videographer so he/she
get to the reception hall ahead of the
bridal party and guests.
- Find out if there are any restrictions on equipment
at the place of the wedding or reception.
At some churches and synagogues
the priest or rabbi may (because of the possibility of
interference) object
to wireless microphones.
- Remember a change in you wedding location can spell
disaster if enough advance notification
is not given.
- Introduce your event artists (videographer,
photographer, caterer, etc,) to each other so they
can work together to
produce a lasting visual event of your occaision.
